Member Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this Website. Using
this Website indicates that you accept these terms without modification regardless
of whether or not you choose to register with us as a member and constitutes you
being a party to this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this
Website.
- The Company will take reasonable care to ensure that the information that you provide
is accurately passed on and to ensure the reliability of its data feeds. But it
accepts no liability for any interruptions, faults or inaccuracies, nor any liability
for any losses or damages, arising therefrom.
- The Company cannot guarantee that the Service will never be faulty or interrupted,
but it will ensure that reported faults are corrected as soon as reasonably possible.
If you believe a fault has occurred, you should report the fault by email to support@dateoverseas.com.au.
- Eligibility. Use of and Membership in the DateOverseas Services is void where
prohibited. By using the DateOverseas Services, you represent and warrant that
- all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate;
- you will maintain the accuracy of such information;
- you are 18 years of age or older; and
- your use of the DateOverseas Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated , if we believe
that you are under 18 years of age. You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes
only.
- Registration and Subscription. You may register for some DateOverseas.com.au Services at no cost.
As a registered user you will have the ability to participate
in some, but not all, of the features and services available within the Service.
In order to access additional features and services, including the ability to communicate
with other members, you must become a paying subscriber to the Service.
Our Services - What do you get when?
- Before you have registered.
- You can search our catalog and view other members profile details.
- You have complted free registration!
- You can send virtual kisses (limit of one virtual kiss a day to any profile applies) to other members.
- Other members can send you virtual kisses and reply to yours.
- You have published your profile to DateOverseas.com.au!
- Other members can view your profile.
- Other members can send you virtual kisses and reply to yours.
- You are granted access to the following "Private room" functionality:
- You always can see who viewed your profile (or profiles you were
reviewing) and view sender's profile or contact
its owner in just one click.
- You can view all virtual kisses received or sent on one page. You can sort them
by date, sender name; view sender's profile or send one more virtual kiss to its owner in just one click.
- You have subscribed to DateOverseas.com.au Member Services!
- Now you can contact any DateOverseas.com.au member.
- Other DateOverseas.com.au members can send you their text messages and reply to yours.
- You can use addiotinal "Private room" functionality:
- You can add any profile to your favorites
list so you don't have to search for it next time.
- You can
block any profile owner from contacting you in case you want to do so.
- You can read
all messages received or sent on one page. You can sort them by date, sender name;
view sender's profile or contact its owner in just one click.

prices. This subscription price list is part of this Agreement.
Term and Termination.
This
Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you are a member of the Service.
You may
terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon receipt by
us of your written or email notice of termination. You may contact us at our address
listed below or you may email us at support@dateoverseas.com.au. We may immediately
terminate your membership and your access to the Service at any time because you
have breached this Agreement and will send you notice of termination at the email
address you provide in your application for membership. We can terminate this Agreement at
any time by giving you reasonable advance written notice.
- You agree to tell the Company immediately if anyone makes or threatens to
make any claim or issue legal proceedings against you relating to your use of the
Service and you must, at our request, immediately stop the act or acts complained
- The Company reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time.
- The Company will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of cookie and personal
information. All such information will be stored on a password protected secure
server.
- The Company will regularly review developments in security and encryption technology.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally
secure. Accordingly, although DateOverseas strives to protect such information,
the Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted
to or from our Web site.
- Fees. You acknowledge that DateOverseas.com.au reserves the right to charge
for the DateOverseas Services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion.
However we will give you reasonable notice
of this before we do so. If you are unhappy with any subscription fee changes you
may terminate your membership by writing to our address listed below or by sending
us an email at ausupport@dateoverseas.com.au.
If DateOverseas.com.au terminates your Membership because you have breached the
Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription
fees.
- Password. When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose
a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another
Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to
notify DateOverseas.com.au immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your
account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use
of your account.
- Content/Activity Prohibited. The following is a partial list of the kind of Content
that is illegal or prohibited to post on or through the DateOverseas Services. DateOverseas.com.au
reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone
who, in DateOverseas.com.au's sole discretion, violates this provision, including
without limitation, removing the offending communication from the DateOverseas Services
and terminating the Membership of such violators. Prohibited Content includes, but
is not limited to Content that, in the sole discretion of DateOverseas.com: is patently
offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against
any group or individual; harasses or advocates harassment of another person; exploits
people in a sexual or violent manner; contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject
matter; solicits personal information from
anyone under 18; promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes
illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory
or libelous; solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial
or unlawful purposes from other Users; includes a photograph of another person that
you have posted without that person's consent,

- If you are in breach of any of these terms, the Company may delete Your profile
and your Membership may be terminated
- The Company may at its sole discretion refuse to accept or process information provided
by you where it believes:
- that you were not duly entitled to provide that information; or
- the information has been provided in a manner that is not consistent with the ordinary
use of the Service; or
- you have otherwise breached these Terms and Conditions.
- The Service is accessed via the Worldwide Web, which is independent of the Service
and the Company. The Company is not responsible or liable for your use of the Worldwide
Web, which is governed by your contract with your internet service provider.
- Other than as previously stated in these terms and conditions, the Company does
not provide any warranties as to the accuracy or otherwise of the information that
it provides as part of the Service.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the law of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the
courts of New South Wales for all purposes in connection with the website and its
services.
